Legoland
Travelers’ advice is bad about Legoland. People said it was
small and expensive. I agreed it was small. However now it was reasonably priced.
When it opened 1 year ago, it costed HKD500. The expensive prices probably cause the bad business. Therefore, LEGOLAND lowered the price. Now the ticket and hotel were HKD300 and HKD2000 respectively. It was worthy of the money.
However, the target audiences of the paradise are small kids from 4 to 7. The paradise was not for
the big kids. In Japan population of Age > 70 are more than Age <15. I
can understand why Legoland’s business was so poor.
Ski jam
It was a dangerous journey from Nagoya to Ski jam when it
was snowing heavily. It was snowing heavily while we were driving from Legoland
to ski jam. The visibility was low. The road was slippery. The car was skidding
after exit from the tunnel. It was totally out of control. But we were lucky.
It hit the snow only and had a big S skidding.
Anyway, we managed to go to the hotel in roughly 3 and a
half hours. We had our dinner in Family Mark. It was one of most scary drives
in my life.
Ski jam ski resort
The resort was good with decent hot spring. However, the ski
courses were for beginners and not fun. Most of them were very flat. We have
been there for 4 days. It was snowing 3 out of 4. Therefore, the snow was good.
However sometimes, the visibility was almost zero. I need to put off the goggle
or I see nothing at all. I enjoyed my stay in ski jam, but I won’t go there
again. Going there once was enough. There are so many ski resorts. We just
explore a new one next time.
Henn na Hotel Laguna Ten Bosch
It was a new hotel. The check in was cool. The receptionists
were dinosaurs which helped you check in. You will be asked to scan the
passports and type your names etc. We ran into error at a point. A “Real”
person will come and help you for the rest. They also have a robot to sell
snacks. You call the robot by phone and the snacks you ordered would be
delivered by the robot. There were also a lot of robotics cleansers on the
ground. It was fun at the beginning. But when you found most of them did not
work, you would lose your patient quickly.
Laguna Ten Bosch
Old. When you visit there in the morning, you found the
buildings are quite old. However, at night the places are quite beautiful
because of the lighting effects. Shows are also impressive. The shopping mall
nearby offers variety of restaurants and shops at a great price. Probably we
went there in the sales seasons. When compared to the Aeon Mall near the Chubu
airport, this shopping mall was cheaper.
